Welcome to the official website of St. Catharine College Women’s Soccer. We hope you find our site useful, informative, and entertaining. We appreciate your interest in Patriot Soccer.

The St. Catharine College Women's Soccer team is building a tradition of success.  2006 marked the beginning of a new era for the Patriot Soccer team with the arrival of new Head Coach Paul Patton.

With the addition of Assistant Coach Chuck McFerron in 2007 and a solid recruiting class, the Lady Patriots went from 0 wins in 2005 to 7 wins and won the NJCAA Region 7 Championship for the first time. SCC also advanced to the Semi-Final game of the NJCAA District F Championship tournament.

In 2008 the Patriots saw the arrival of new Assistant Coaches Paul Brooks and Michelle Carson. St. Catharine also joined the National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Mid-South Conference. The team earned accolades in the classroom as they were named a NAIA Scholar Team for the 2008-2009 school year.

2009 brought the largest and best recruiting class in SCC women’s soccer history and saw the Patriots earn their first ever Mid South Conference wins against Pikeville College and the University of Rio Grande. After matching the best record since Coach Patton took the reins with 7 wins, a first ever appearance in the Mid South Conference Tournament followed. The Lady Patriots also honored their first senior class as Danielle Mistler and Nicole Emberg became the first SCC Women’s Soccer players to compete for 4 years.

2010 brings big changes that will hopefully lead to continued and increased success for the Lady Patriots. Coach Patton takes over sole responsibility for the Women’s Soccer Program as Tim Wolz comes in to take over the reins of the Men’s team. Paul Brooks will remain as Women’s Soccer Assistant/Goalkeepers Coach and the addition of a 10 game Reserve Team schedule will increase playing opportunities for team members.  Continued recruiting efforts by the Coaching Staff promise to bring in another outstanding class, and the future looks bright for SCC Women’s Soccer.
