Students with lost or damaged diplomas may wish to order replacement diplomas. Replacement diplomas are available for a fee of $25.00.
To request a replacement diploma, please download and complete the Application for Replacement Diploma . The form is available in PDF format.

Students will be notified when replacement can be picked up. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
