Academic Resource Center

The college maintains an academic resource center to provide tutorial support and academic guidance with particular attention to mathematics and writing. The resource center is staffed by trained and experienced faculty members and contains a variety of online support programs and evaluation tools, books, computers and software for students who may need a little extra help with their studies. In some cases students may be required to attend support sessions in the center as part of their academic program.

The center is open to all students. No appointment is necessary.

The resource center staff serves as a support for students so that they will be more successful in their courses. Most students who frequent the resource center come for help in mathematics and writing. Testing services are also provided.

The Academic Resource Center is located in Bertrand Hall, Room 10, and is under the direction of Sr. Charlene Vogel. The telephone extension for the Academic Resource Center is 1245.
